Christina has spent her career taking complex energy and industrial projects from development to reality. As the former CEO of CirChem, she built the Nordics' first industrial plant for solvent recycling, from concept through permitting and into operation. She brings over a decade of project development experience from VindIn AB and wind power projects, and is the founder of Hyrizeon within hydrogen and Power-to-X. During her career, she spent over two decades within the AkzoNobel group (today Nouryon), holding successive roles spanning international EPCM, strategic sustainability, and strategic energy procurement, including electricity trading and PPA structuring. She also completed WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development leadership programme in industrial sustainability during this time.
What makes Christina a strong fit for Byhmgard is precisely this combination: she understands how large infrastructure projects are developed, permitted, and brought to market, and she has done it across multiple sectors. As we scale our pipeline of battery parks and deepen our position as a software-driven energy trader with decentralised infrastructure as our domain, having a board member who has navigated these processes from the inside strengthens our ability to accelerate deal flow and commercialisation.
We look forward to working with Christina and are pleased to have her on our board.
